How much does weekly pickup cost?
Our standard rate is $85 per quarter. Payments are due at the start of each quarter.
A $10 late fee will be applied on the 1st of the second month if payment is not received.
Do you offer recycling services?
We do not offer recycling. Why? Because studies show that only about 6% of residential recycling in the U.S. actually gets recycle, the rest ends up in landfills due to contamination or poor processing. We focus on responsible waste handling and offer donation sorting where possible.
Do my items have to be bagged?
Trash must be bagged and tied, but it doesn't have to be perfect. We just ask that everything is contained. Loose trash will not be picked up.
Please bag cat litter separately and avoid mixing it with other trash, as litter bags are more likely to tear.
When should I put out my trash?
Have your trash out and ready by 8:00 AM on your pickup day.
We go up your driveway to wherever you’ve designated your trash spot, no more dragging bins to the curb!
What about bulk items?
Break all cardboard down as flat as possible.
For bulk items like couches, love seats, refrigerators, or anything oversized, a bulk charge will be added to your next invoice.
Bulk items must be outside the home (unless special arrangements have been made).
